Code of Conduct
As the Global Racing League (GRL) continues to grow, we are proud of the incredible community that makes this hobby a worldwide phenomenon. Each member plays a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Acting with integrity ensures that we maintain the trust and respect of our fellow racers, fans, business partners, and the wider community. By following these guidelines, we can all contribute to making the GRL a fun and welcoming experience for everyone.
Community Guidelines
Zero Tolerance for Aggressive Behavior
- Outbursts of rage, aggression, or threatening behavior will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to a permanent ban from the GRL.
- Respectful discussions and disagreements are welcome, but they must be handled in a mature and constructive manner.
Respect and Sportsmanship
- Treat all fellow racers, fans, and administrators with courtesy and respect.
- Good sportsmanship is essential—win or lose, always be gracious. Celebrate victories with humility and accept defeats with dignity.
Live Streaming & Public Appearances
- Keep it professional: Avoid using profanity or offensive language when live streaming or communicating in public forums.
- Be mindful of your surroundings: Ensure that your background is free of age-sensitive content, including inappropriate posters, pictures, or items that may not align with GRL’s standards.
Handling Conflict
- If a dispute or undesirable situation arises, do not engage in confrontations. Instead, report the issue to GRL administrators or a trusted GRL designated member for resolution.
- Public arguments, personal attacks, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
The Global Racing league Mission
At the GRL, our mission goes beyond just competition. While winning is exciting, our primary goal is to provide a hub for the slot racing community—a place where racers of all skill levels can come together to share their passion for the hobby.
We acknowledge that no scoring system is perfect, and there may be opportunities for racers to exploit certain aspects of the algorithm. However, we strongly encourage all participants to race with integrity and focus on fair competition rather than looking for loopholes. Gaming the system may provide short-term gains, but it goes against the spirit of the GRL and the values that keep this community strong.
Ultimately, the real prize is the friendships, the shared experiences, and the thrill of the race itself—not just the trophy. By upholding these values, we ensure that GRL remains a fun, fair, and welcoming place for everyone.
Let’s keep the passion for slot racing alive—on and off the track!
